ABOUT ORDERS:
- Can I amend or cancel orders upon order confirmation?
- Upon confirmation, our system processes the order. Hence, this would mean that no amendments or cancellations are allowed.
- I did not receive any order confirmation email, what do I do?
- As soon as payment is completed, a confirmation email should trigger to your stated email address. If you did not receive, kindly check your junk email or write to us at contact@getfashiongenic.com with an indication of your order ID.
- I’ve accidentally keyed in wrong shipping details, what do I do?
- Please email us immediately at contact@getfashiongenic.com stating your Order ID number and correct shipping details.
- Kindly ensure that you update your correct shipping address and other order details in your account profile to prevent future occurrence.
- I’ve received the wrong item / defective item / items are missing from my parcel, what should I do?
- We’re truly sorry that this has happened. Please write to us at contact@getfashiongenic.com
- Kindly state your Order ID and attach a picture of the wrong item / defective item / received items and we will get back to you within 1 – 3 working days on the respective corrective actions.
ABOUT PAYMENTS:
- What are the various forms of payment available?
- We accept PAYNOW, Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal or Credit Card / Debit card payments.
- PAYNOW (HIGHLY PREFERRED) : PayNow participating banks are DBS Bank, Citibank, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, United Overseas Bank.
Upon submission of order, an email will be sent to you with the instructions on how to use PAYNOW in making the payment. - Direct Bank Transfer: Simply add our bank account details stated below and make the payment transfer. Once payment is made, please drop us an email at payments@getfashiongenic.com with your order ID and we will verify accordingly.
- Paypal: Simply click on the paypal checkout icon and login with your paypal account to pay.
- Credit / Debit Card payments: No paypal account? No fret? Just key in the card details via paypal gateway and make the payment.
- I’m unsure if my payment got through or not, what do I do?
- Upon payment completion, you should get a confirmation of payment. Should you not receive it or is unsure of whether the payment got through, you may go to your order history and check for the ‘Order Status’.
- Alternatively, please feel free to write to us at payments@getfashiongenic.com with your Order ID to clarify.
- I have a valid coupon code but it didn’t apply upon cart-out, what should I do?
- Some coupon codes might be case-sensitive. Please ensure that the upper case or lower case is typed correctly in the coupon code field.
- Should the problem still persists, please contact us at payments@getfashiongenic.com stating your order ID and the coupon code that you’ve keyed in and we will look into it accordingly.
ABOUT DELIVERY:
- What are the delivery options available?
- Door-to-Door Delivery (Ninjavan): Getfashiongenic utilises Ninjavan door-to-door delivery.
- Do I need to pay for the delivery costs?
- Yes, a fixed rate of SGD3.90 shipping fees will be added for your order. (Trackable, with tracking details provided upon delivery) Hence, you will have to pay for the delivery costs.
- For orders more than SGD35.00 , you’ll be entitled to free shipping!
- When can I receive my order?
- Upon order confirmation, your in-stocks items should be mailed out within 3 working days and should reach you within the next 1-3 working days.
(In view of the Covid-19 situation, please expect some delays in your delivery while the courier warriors are also trying to stay safe. Thank you for your kind understanding!)

- Upon delivery , you should receive an email stating the tracking number and the method of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

- For cases where Getfashiongenic has assessed and agreed to proceed with returns in email writing.
- Please note that item dissatisfaction or purchase of wrong item due to buyer’s negligence is not considered a case of return.
- Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original conditions and with tags intact.
- Under what circumstances can I exchange my purchases?
- For cases where Getfashiongenic has assessed and agreed to proceed with exchange in email writing.
- For exchanges to happen, there should be a defect in item / wrong item being received.
- Please note that item dissatisfaction or purchase of wrong item due to buyer’s negligence is not considered a case of exchange.
- Items for Exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original conditions and with tags intact.
- Under what circumstances can I get a refund of my purchases?
- For cases where Getfashiongenic has assessed and agreed to proceed with refunds in email writing.
- For refunds of defective items to happen, it’s usually due to the fact that we no longer carry the specific items / do not have the items in-stocks for earliest possible shipment.
- Please note that item dissatisfaction or purchase of wrong item due to buyer’s negligence is not considered a refund case.
- How do I go about Returning / Exchanging my purchases?
- Please write to us at contact@getfashiongenic.com with your Order ID, photos or proof of items to illustrate the defects / wrong items received.
- Upon confirmation by Getfashiongenic’s email in writing, please follow the necessary instructions indicated in the email for further actions to be taken.
- Do I need to pay to return / exchange my items?
- For returns / exchanges that we have accepted through emails in writing, fees will not be charged. All you have to do is cover the postage fees to send the affected items back to us and other than this, the other costs will solely taken care by us.
- How long does it take for the Return / Exchange / Refund process?
- Returns / Exchange will be processed within 14 business days (Excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days (Excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date of our email in acceptance of the refund.
- We’ll drop you an email update once your returns / exchange / refund has been processed.
