Hence, it is recommended that you read our terms & conditions on an ongoing basis to be updated.

REGARDING ORDERS.
By placing an order with GETFASHIONGENIC, you agree that you have selected the correct item(s) before you complete the checkout process.
All payments are in Singapore Dollars.
The stated pricings are fixed and non-negotiable.
We will not be able to amend or cancel the orders after you have received the order confirmation.
Your order is only secured and confirmed upon updating of your payment details within 12 hours after completing the checkout process. GETFASHIONGENIC reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if payment is not updated within 12 hours after the check-out process.
PRODUCTS
As GETFASHIONGENIC offers unique products, most of the products may have limited quantities and are subjected to returns / exchanges / refunds based on our policy.
GETFASHIONGENIC has made attempts to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the online products. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of product details on your electronic devices.
GETFASHIONGENIC reserves the rights, but not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
GETFASHIONGENIC reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.
It is not warrant that the quality of products, or other material purchased will meet your expectations and this is not considered a return/exchange/refundable case as this is subjected to the personal preferences of the buyers.
DELIVERY
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 working days upon payment confirmation. Delivery of items are executed during normal working hours, excluding Singapore’s public holidays, also subjected to Singpost or the stated courier delivery company’s policy that are not within GETFASHIONGENIC’s control.
GETFASHIONGENIC will not be held liable for any lost parcels in the case of normal mailing chosen by customers. It is therefore highly recommended for customers to opt for registered mailing should you not want to risk any missing parcels.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY
All return or items for exchange agreed by GETFASHIONGENIC through email in writing, must be in their original conditions, unwashed, unworn and with the tag intact, packed as per GETFASHIONGENIC’s original package.
The returned or exchanged items are customers’ responsibility until they reach the hands of GETFASHIONGENIC.
Please ensure that the parcel is returned via trackable registered postage to prevent any loss of mails.
The above stated postage for returns/exchanges are borne by customers while all other necessary costs involved through the returns / exchanges will be borne by GETFASHIONGENIC.
For refund items that GETFASHIONGENIC agreed through email in writing, GETFASHIONGENIC reserves the rights to ask for returns of affected item.
Any items purchased through third-parties are NOT applicable for returns / exchanges / refunds.
Please note that item dissatisfaction or purchase of wrong items due to buyer’s negligence is also not considered a case of returns / exchanges / refunds.
